Utilizing treatment methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), relational therapy, supportive therapy, and solution-focused therapy, Lisa individually works with each client to reach their specific goals, understanding the importance of personalized care. She empowers her clients and helps them little by little to build their self-esteem and confidence for the long term. She also believes in the power of community and support, which she employs in every session. 

Lisa has worked in a wide range of therapy settings with diverse clients of all ages, giving her a broad perspective for understanding. Lisa works diligently to provide her clients with tangible skills to foster progress toward their goals, teaching clients to navigate emotional dysregulation and stress, interpersonal conflict, anxiety, and depression.
