Utilizing effective grounding and mindfulness techniques, Jillian will guide you to shape your perspectives and challenge negative thoughts, while incorporating numerous treatment methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and the strength-based approach. She particularly specializes in providing support to those experiencing low self-esteem and confidence, anxiety, depression, impulsive behaviors, ADHD, emotional dysregulation and stress.
